At YUNBUYAO, every piece is a manifestation of heritage craftsmanship. If your acquisition does not perfectly meet your expectations, we offer a complimentary return or exchange service within 14 days of delivery.
To ensure the integrity of our heritage textiles, returned items must be in their pristine, unworn, and unwashed condition, with all original YUNBUYAO security tags attached and luxury packaging intact. Items showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage will not be accepted.
Please note that true luxury is deeply personal. All bespoke, made-to-measure, and personalized artisanal items are crafted exclusively for you. Therefore, they are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
We believe in a seamless luxury experience. There are no automated, impersonal return forms here. To arrange a boutique-level return, simply email our dedicated Client Concierge at concierge@yunbuyao.com. Our tailoring advisor will personally arrange a complimentary FedEx/DHL pickup from your residence at your earliest convenience.
Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item at our atelier, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 3-5 business days.
